For over twenty years, I've been working on one question: What becomes possible when a human being — or a team, or an organization, or a civilization — stops operating from survival and starts operating from awareness?

The answer, it turns out, is everything.

I work at three scales:

  1. How individuals decide — the internal network of awareness, pattern recognition, intuition

  2. How organizations network — the living, informal, human systems beneath the org chart that actually carry culture and change

  3. How we belong to the planetary network — the web of interdependence connecting every living being

The work is different at each scale. The shift is always the same.
