It's your body tracking something real. We work with the nervous system as a living sensor, not a problem to be corrected, and begin restoring access to your own signal.
Walk out with what to focus on, signals and cues that shed light on the subliminal running beneath the surface. A clear set of steps to observe what to pay attention to, how to ground and how to move through the limiting emotions that prompt you to hide in a closet..
Between Session One and Two: Two weeks to apply learning to real life, making observations while gaining greater clarity and feedback from yourself and the world you move in.

You return with evidence from your own life. We work with what you discovered and with decision-making under genuine uncertainty, when old patterns no longer apply.
You leave with rebuilt trust in your own judgment, a clear sense of what ground feels like for you now, how to recover when you’re knocked off center and high altitude clarity.
