FINDING GROUND

Skills for Navigating Uncertainty

A six-week program for professionals ready to recover their health, clarity, and identity beyond expertise

What if you knew, with confidence, when you were out of balance — and exactly how to find your way back?

Not guessing. Not pushing through. Not waiting until the weekend to feel human again.

Finding Ground is a six-module program designed for managers and leaders who are ready to stop running on empty and reclaim the vitality, clarity, and purpose that brought them to their work in the first place.

You don't need another productivity system.

You need to come home to yourself.

When you're carrying the weight of a team, a role, and a life — it's easy to drift from your own centre without noticing. Finding Ground gives you the tools to recognize that drift early, recover with intention, and lead from a place that actually sustains you.

What you'll gain

By the end of six weeks, you will:

•       Know your personal early warning signs — before burnout takes hold

•       Have practical tools to stabilize and restore your energy under pressure

•       Understand what is actually draining you — and what isn't yours to carry

•       Reconnect with the values and strengths that make your contribution meaningful

•       Build a sustainable rhythm that protects your health without sacrificing your effectiveness

•       Show up for your team and your life from a restored, grounded presence

The Six Modules

Module 1 — Recognize the Signs

Learn to read your own early warning system before the drift becomes a crisis.

Module 2 — Stabilize First

Practical tools to calm your nervous system and create enough stillness to think clearly again.

Module 3 — Clear the Hidden Interference

Surface the invisible influences quietly draining your vitality — and learn what's yours to carry and what isn't.

Module 4 — Return to What Matters

Reconnect with your principles, your strengths, and the kind of contribution that energizes rather than depletes.

Module 5 — Rebuild Your Rhythm

Design a personal rhythm that supports your well-being and can flex under pressure without breaking you.

Module 6 — Lead From Restored Ground

From recovered to purposeful — bringing your whole self back to your work, your team, and your life.

This program is for you if:

You're a manager, team leader, or niche professional who has given a great deal to your role — and somewhere along the way lost easy access to your own energy, instincts, and sense of direction. You're not looking for a quick fix. You're ready to do the real work of recovery, at a pace that respects where you are right now.

Six modules. Six weeks. One reliable way back to yourself.

Finding Ground is the foundation. Everything else builds from here.

Why Dawna?

Dawna Jones didn't set out to become an expert in recovery and resilience. Life volunteered her.

Over four decades she has navigated career reinventions, the particular humbling that comes from being a horserider, and a collection of sports injuries impressive enough to have made several physiotherapists genuinely concerned. She has also, on at least one occasion, found herself without a fixed address, which turns out to be an excellent laboratory for understanding what truly matters and emerges when everything else falls away.

What emerged from all of it was not a tidy success story but something more useful: a deep, hard-won familiarity with what it takes to find your footing again. And again. And again.

For over thirty years Dawna has worked as a consultant, facilitator, and systems thinker — helping individuals and organizations navigate complexity, pressure, and change. She has contributed to international publications on consciousness and governance, keynoted global summits, and spent years on her podcast asking the kinds of questions most people are too polite to raise in meetings — 122 episodes of Inspirational Insights and counting.

She knows what burnout looks like from the inside. She also knows the way out isn't through more effort — it's through better listening. To yourself, to the signals your body is already sending, and occasionally to a very patient horse.

Finding Ground is built from everything she learned the hard way — so you don't have to.
